How can I search and make an offer for a domain name?
You can search from hundreds of domain names available for sale. We have provided many search options on each page. You can search by any keyword, Top Level Domain (like “.com.au”) or you can browse by category.
To buy a domain name, simply make an offer. Offer should not be below the minimum amount set by the seller. We will ask you for contacy info and take the simple process from there.
Is there any limit on minimum offer anount?
Yes. The seller has set a mimimum price. You can either buy it at this price or make an offer.
Can I negotiate? Can I ask seller to lower the price?
Yes. You can send any questions to the seller. The name can be sold at whatever price you agree.
Who can see my offers?
Only the seller. Your negotiations are not visible to the public. You remain entirely anonymous throughout the entire process, from your original bid to final transfer of the domain name.
When can I change the offer price?
At any time after 7 days from the date of your last change.
How long will it take to process my offer?
The seller has 7 days to consider your offer. During this time he can decline or accept your offer and of course respond to any message you have sent.
If my offer is rejected, can I make another?
Yes you can make another offer at any time. The seller may decide not to respond ifhe does not think your offer is reasonable.
How much do you charge as a service fee?
We charge 10% of total domain name price.
How is the domain transferred to my ownership?
We are here to help you with the entire domain name transfer process. We are committed to every transaction, and remain involved until all steps are complete. All you have to do is submit an offer, and we'll handle the rest.
How can I sell a domain name?
Just register, then list as many domains as you wish.
Do I have to pay to list a domain?
Listing a domain for selling is absolutely free.
Will my domain be listed instantly?
No. Your domain will subject to fulfilling our selection criteria.
Is there any criterion for approval?
* We prefer .com, .net, .tv, .org
* Single, generic words (i.e. sample.com), OR 3 characters or less (i.e. 500.com)
* No hyphens
* If more than 3 characters, shorter words are preferred
* We will not accept a name which clearly belongs to some other organistion, even if the domain name is registered to you.
How can I reply if some buyer wants to negotiate?
From time to time you should log in to your control panel to pick up your messages.
The negotiation is entirely for you. We cannot intervene in any way and we are not responsible for the outcome.
Can I change the minimum offer when offers exist against a domain name?
No. You cannot change the price while there is an offer outstanding. You can change the price only after rejecting the offer. If a buyer accepts your offer price, you are bound. You cannot then reject that acceptance.
Do you provide escrow services?
Yes.
How much fee do you charge for escrow services?
$20 for each transfer.
